Stop and notice things.

The first step in photography is to pause and paying attention to what you see.


Noticing is a skill that can be developed with practice.

Mindfulness practice is similar to how I approach photography. In order to take a picture, you first must notice something, and pausing to notice is a skill that can be practiced. Life is busy and slowing down to take a photograph can help you be more present.

My hope is that you find more peace in your moments as you capture them.
